Ashley Johnston and her mother Sherry were contestants’ on The Biggest Loser season 9. When Ashley joined the season 9 contestants’ on the Biggest Loser she couldn’t stay on the treadmill exercise equipment without falling, but in the end she and Michael crossed the finish line together during a marathon.
Ashley Johnston had achieve an incredible weight loss of 183 pounds in seven months after joining “The Biggest Loser” TV show, a reality show that’s all about overweight people who want to lose weight and hence joins a tough, healthy weight loss program wherein two fitness trainers become their weight loss help, challenging them to have a weight loss diet plan and a fitness exercise program.
She weighed about 370 pounds when she joined the weight loss program and thanks to a healthy weight loss diet plan and fitness exercise program routine, she managed to lose weight, more than half! That’s a weight loss record amongst women contestants but she’s not yet finished because she says she’s planning to achieve 30 more pounds of healthy weight loss.
