To lose weight Vanessa replaced her favorite fattening coffee drink with a Mocha Frappuccino Light. “It’s low-fat and has half the sugar”. Vanessa will snack on Teddy Graham to satisfy her sweet tooth. For 15 crackers they have about 82 calories. When out to eats she will order sushi and burritos with brown rice, which is healthier than white, because it has more nutrients and three times the fiber. “You don’t have to finish the whole buffet or everything on your plate,”

How do you stay in shape? Do you have a strict exercise plan?
It’s hard to have any workout plan and have a trainer and what not. So I actually don’t have a trainer… I would love to have that motivation. It’s just about time management and time to fit it in. If I have – you know – two days a week instead of five, then I fit in double… I run with weights on my arms… Try to fit them [cardio and weight] both in one, and it kills you afterwards… but I always feel so accomplished.
