Taylor Swift’s Workout
Taylor doesn’t talk much about working out, but the one thing that we are certain she does for exercise is yoga. Taylor has her entire band join her in practicing yoga when they are on tour. You’ll see a photo of Taylor and her band members doing the yoga position “tree pose” in the photo below.

Taylor has been rumored to have been on the Raw Food Diet at some point. but, we did not find anything conclusive. When Taylor was asked in an interview with Unrated Magazine “What’s a moment of weakness for you?” This is Taylor’s reply. “Food is my moment of weakness, because I don’t diet. I don’t like it. For me, I would eat healthy , but I refuse to use the term “diet.’ For a while there, I put out a single, and I was like, “I gotta get in shape man, I’m going on a diet.’ And then I realized that’s ridiculous. I’m happy with how I look and I’m not gonna you know…if I want to eat a cheeseburger it’s going to happen.”
