In an exclusive interview with Obesity Campaign UK, actress Suzi Lorraine shared her secrets of staying in top shape, her healthy weight loss diet plan and fitness exercise program. Suzi Lorraine is an actress, writer and model from NYC. She has appeared in over 40 independent films. She has worked on movies such as “Claang: The Game”, “Destined to be Ingested”, “Won Ton Baby!”,”Sea of Dust”, and “Bikini Girls on Ice”.
She also had scenes with Hugh Grant in the Warner Bros film “Music and Lyrics”. Suzi has been honored at multiple film festivals including, “Suzi Lorraine Night”, in Torino, Italy at the Empire Theatre and at the prestigious “Ravenna Nightmare Film Festival” in Ravenna, Italy. Suzi has also been a writer for Gorezone Magazine. She writes a “Diary of A Scream Queen” column for this popular genre magazine, one of the biggest selling horror magazines worldwide. Suzi also co-hosted the Gorezone Film Festival in October in London, England. Suzi also co-hosted several “MonsterFest” episodes for the AMC channel last year. She is currently working behind the camera for the first time.
In her advice to lose weight, Suzi said: “Just do something. Even small steps are great weight loss help. Whether it’s getting outside for a 20 minute walk or chasing your kids around the park, try to incorporate fitness exercise activities into your daily life as much as possible. In terms of a healthy weight loss diet plan, just remember, everything in moderation. If you want that giant piece of cake, have it. But just make sure that your next several meals in your diet plan are balanced and healthy”.
Revealing her healthy weight loss secrets of staying in top shape, Suzi said part of her fitness exercise program is walking a lot, doing cardio exercise at the gym (often the elliptical fitness exercise equipment and treadmill fitness exercise equipment). She also lift weights a few times a week as part of her fitness training. Yoga exercise is wonderful as well, and really helps elongate the body. Her fitness exercise program is really varied although she vows to at least have a bare minimum fitness exercise program. She makes sure that she at least walks 30 minutes, 5 days a week as her cardio exercise. Ideally also, still part of her healthy weight loss program specifically her fitness exercise program, she hits the gym 3 to 5 days a week for a half hour to an hour (depending on her time available and my motivation level!).
Another one of her weight loss tips is to have a healthy diet plan. She says “My breakfast diet plan is usually a big bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar and/or berries. For my lunch diet plan, it’s often a sandwich (ideally a lean protein like fish or turkey), and then maybe something sweet like a cup of pudding or a granola bar. Dinner diet plan runs the gamut, and tends to be whatever I am craving at that point. Anything from fish to pasta to pizza to tacos. Oh, and I am a sugar addict that is my biggest weakness! I love dessert”.

When asked how she motivates herself to have a healthy weight loss program in her daily life, she says she just really thinks of how much better it will make her feel when she keeps a good diet plan and also follows a fitness exercise program. She compares a healthy weight loss program to putting really cheap or tainted fuel in a car. It just won’t perform well. She believes that the body is the same way. If you fill it with garbage, you will feel like garbage but if you focus on a good healthy weight loss program of having a balanced diet plan and disciplined but fun fitness exercise program, you will feel much better and have more energy.
