Sophie eats Low Carbohydrate Diet and does not eat salads after 4pm as it can cause water retention. Also Avoids alcohol and picks healthy snacks.

Sophie runs each morning for an 1hr 30minutes and visits the gym three times a week. She has a personal trainer and also does Resistance Training.
