Shania Twain’s Diet
Shania Twain watches what she eats, and maintains a healthy Vegetarian diet. She does not crave junk food, and eats a diet high in fruit, and vegetables. Her favorite meal is tomato- mozzarella-avocado salad, a papaya and a white tea. Shania tries to start her day with protein- such as; cashews or yogurt. Most carbs make her feel lethargic, so she tries to eat them with protein.
Shania Twain’s Exercise
She is naturally active. Shania enjoys, power-walking, and horseback riding. She can lose weight quickly when she power walks for an 40 minutes at a time three times a week. Shania has been known to dislike gyms.
