Rose Mcgowan’s Diet
Rose uses portion control, to stay lean. She eats what she wants, but knows when to cut back on treats.
“People give me fancy chocolate, but I eat Laffy Taffy, OK? If you cut open my stomach, you’ll see giant globs of hydrogenated purple stuff.”

Rose Mcgowan’s Exercise
Rose is so committed to keeping up with her workout routines, that she broke her foot at one point before a workout, and went ahead with the workout regardless. She went to the hospital after she broke a sweat. “I thought I’d kept my trainer waiting too long downstairs, so I was running and my foot just hit the edge of the doorway. It just happens to be (made of) stone and that didn’t work out well! “But I did not miss my workout. I stuck ice on it, did my upper body, and then went to the hospital.” “The doctor thought I was crying because I was in pain but I told him it was because I have to go to Cannes and I refuse to wear flats (flat shoes).
“I have a home gym and an amazing personal trainer named Brendan McCarthy. I work out twice a week using weights and on an elliptical trainer. I think women look better with a little more weight on them. Being super-thin makes you look haggard.” (2001)
