Ricky Martin’s Fitness Routine
Ricky Martin is known not only for his voice, his music, and his dance moves, but a lot of people have noticed that he’s not hard to look at. Ricky obviously does something to stay in shape and we wanted to know what it was. Sure dancing and performing on stage will keep you in good shape, seriously you do burn a lot of calories. Ricky Martin’s Workout
Rumor has it that Ricky Martin stays in shape by doing Zumba. “Zumba is a Latin high energy exercise routine created by Beto Perez that combines aerobic interval training with latin style dancing.” This workout is really fun. I have done it myself. You are doing Latin styled dancing, and a little bit of belly dancing. It’s very high energy, and fun.
Rumor also has it that Ricky is such a huge fan of the hip shaking workout, that he spent about $10,000 on 200 Zumba DVDs to give to his family and friends, reports TMZ.com. Other fans of Zumba are supposedly Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan and, Kevin Federline, but we have not confirmed this.
