Lose Fat Fast with Jeana Keough
The Real Housewives of Orange County star Jeana Keough has consistently lived a glamorous lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean it’s always been healthy. “My social life was breakfast, lunch and dinner with clients,” said the longtime Coto de Caza resident and real estate agent. “I’ve gained a lot of weight in the last four years. My kids, who are all on this health kick, didn’t respect me.”
Jeana Keough wanted to do something about her situation, but had difficulty putting herself on a healthy weight loss program without any weight loss help. So, naturally, she joined a TV show to lose weight and get in shape. Recently Real Housewives of Orange County star Jean Keough participated on fitness trainer, Jackie Warner‘s new Thintervention fitness exercise program and weight loss television series and at the age of 55, the former Playboy model has achieved a weight loss of 25 pounds. Now, she’s ecstatic to be showing off her new svelte body, the result of her fitness exercise program and healthy weight loss thanks to fitness trainer Jackie.
“I always thought I’d lose weight and then go get liposuction or something, but I never did. I’m as hard as a rock,” Jean told PEOPLE about her new healthy weight loss.
She’s so thrilled with her weight loss that she’s looking for any opportunity to show her hard rock self off in a bikini, but she has to watch what her diet plan so that she can maintain that healthy new figure after her incredible healthy weight loss.
The reality star and mom of three, who recently treated herself to “a bunch of new dresses,” hasn’t completely cut out her guilty pleasures even after her healthy weight loss. “I haven’t cut off pizza from my diet plan,” she says. “I just limit myself to two pieces once a month so that I don’t completely have to give it up from my weight loss diet plan.”
Jeana Keough also refuses to give up alcohol from her weight loss diet plan, but she’s changing her preferences. “I loved drinking red wine, but fitness trainer Jackie’s pretty much convinced me vodka or tequila with some fresh lime in it is a better route to go,” she says about the healthy weight loss diet plan that fitness trainer, Jackie has put her in.
Jeana Keough, who spent three hours a day commuting back and forth from Orange County to Los Angeles during filming for Thintervention, says she still does her fitness exercise program four or five days a week. She’s also made other lifestyle adjustments in addition to becoming more active to not only maintain her weight loss but to continue her weight loss.
“I eat every three or four hours,” she says. “I have to think more and take more time to be prepared and have food with me, so I don’t get to a place where I’m just starving and have to have pizza right now.”
Jeana Keough might have wrapped up her time in fitness trainer Jackie Warner’s Thintervention weight loss boot camp, but the show keeps paying off for the Real Housewives of Orange County star.
Jeana Keough’s healthy weight loss has motivated her family, and now the whole Keough crew is on road to healthy living. Her daughter Kara has achieved a healthy weight loss of seven pounds, with her mother as her weight loss help.
“We take a lot of vitamins in this family. We’re firm believers. Everyone’s always discovering the newest vitamin E and cod fish oil,” she tells Radar Online.
And a smaller dress size that’s a result of her healthy weight loss plan and fitness exercise program isn’t the only thing making Jeana smile these days — The Housewife is seeing someone.
“I’m dating one particular person who’s pretty special,” she says. “We do our fitness exercise program together- he even does extra cardio exercise with me!”
So what’s next for Jeana Keough after achieving a 25 pound healthy weight loss?
“I’d like to continue my healthy weight loss, lose weight like another 15 pounds!” says the star, talking about her new weight loss goal. “I want to go to Hawaii… I wear a bikini now!”
Following fitness trainer Jackie’s advice, the new-and-improved O.C. lady plans to keep up with her healthy weight loss diet plan and fitness exercise program which includes beefing up her fitness exercise program and a ban on the devil from her diet plan — aka sugar. Jeana says that fitness trainer Jackie is still extremely supportive about her healthy weight loss goal and that the two keep in touch via email. But that’s not the only way the Thintervention star and fitness trainer continues to help Jeana.
“I have fitness trainer Jackie’s book [This Is Why You’re Fat (And How to Get Thin Forever): Eat More, Cheat More, Lose More- and Keep the Weight Off], so I know exactly what I’m doing in terms of achieving a healthy weight loss.”
