Poppy has worked with personal trainers Helene Guzman and Valerie Waters. She works out 5-7 days a week doing weight training, flexibility and cardio on treadmill. She uses body weight for training, bench dips for triceps one leg off the ground, or single-leg lifts, doing 20-25 repetitions per exercise. She also does a series of stretches, ab exercises and side crunches. She also does interval training which is five weight-training exercises, with a cardio workout. Like jumping on the treadmill for 3-5 mins between each exercise (bicepcurls, tricep curls, squats ect.) Also known to do yoga on a regular basis.
