Nicole Sullivan is the star of Rita Rocks on Lifetime. She’s a mother of two who has recently given birth but is now back to sporting a hot body. Just as many Hollywood celebrity moms, it didn’t take her long to get herself on a weight loss program that involves a fitness exercise program to lose weight – the post baby weight that is!
The actress enlisted weight loss help from Jenny Craig to lose the 35 pounds she gained while she was pregnant. She started her weight loss program that involve a fitness exercise program five months ago and one month before her 40th birthday, she revealed her amazing bikini body in a national commercial spot.
She says, “After having Beckett, I dreamed of a day where I’d feel comfortable enough in a swimsuit, let alone a bikini, to join my husband on pool-side play dates. Getting into a bikini again and feeling as good as I feel now.”
At first the actress admitted that she didn’t know how to go about her weight loss but since then she has completed a triathlon as part of her fitness exercise program.“I didn’t know how to lose weight!” she said.
Nicole Sullivan is without a doubt thrilled to have the weight loss that she did and she’s proud that her kids can see her not only looking fit and sexy because of her fitness exercise program but healthy as well. Even her husband had a weight loss, 25 pounds of weight loss to be exact which he calls as “sympathy weight.” As a result of her amazing weight loss, she recently bought herself a size 4 pants, something that she hasn’t done since she was 21 years old. Since she loves clothing, she considers this result of her fitness exercise program a real accomplishment.
More recently, the Jenny Craig weight loss spokeswoman took it to her Twitter account to answer live as many weight loss questions as she could from her followers who wanted to know her what her weight loss secret was.
One weight loss secret she revealed before her Twitter chat was that she finds fitness exercise to be easier to commit to if she keeps it the same time every week. “Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are my days,” she says.
She has also found that doing her fitness exercise program was easier with the support of her husband. And by support she means watching the kids.
Asked to dish out weight loss tips to other moms out there, Nicole says to talk to their spouse, telling him that having time for yourself to do your weight loss plan that involves a fitness exercise program just makes everyone happier.
Another one of her weight loss tips: Just start walking. “That’s how I achieved my weight loss goal – 35 pounds of weight loss to be exact! Walking is a great fitness exercise program that you can incorporate as part of your weight loss plan. “I toned up with some simple fitness exercise moves like lunge exercise, sit up exercise, and bicep curl exercise.”
Along with the walking and other mentioned fitness exercises, she had Jenny Craig as a weight loss help and, after she began to lose weight, she started to feel better about herself. Feeling better about herself and her looks helped her get back on track professionally. That does not mean, however, that she wanted to be a size 0 that is so often portrayed by Hollywood.
“Everyone needs to pick a size or a weight loss goal that makes sense for YOU. For me it was a size 4 because I’m on camera. And Hollywood is tough. But if your ideal size is a 10, great! But then find a weight loss plan that gets you to your weight loss goal,” she emphasizes.
So what kind of weight loss help has Jenny Craig been to her? She discovered the 1200 calorie a day weight loss diet plan. The actress said she never used to eat vegetables as part of her diet plan with her family meals before Jenny Craig and now they eat them every day not only as part of her diet plan but her family’s diet plan as well.
She has also doing her fitness exercise program in the gym with a Jenny Craig fitness trainer that assisted her through biweekly fitness training exercise program that consisted of strength fitness training exercise sessions. She has since then continued to jog three to six miles five days a week as another form of her fitness exercise program
.
“Once you start with your weight loss program, you want to have a better diet plan and more disciplined fitness exercise program. Then you’re like ‘is this burger really worth it?’ ” says Nicole Sullivan.
