Just a few months ago, she had given birth to her second son and she’s managed to lose weight after just eight months! However the result of her 84 pounds weight loss shocked her fans when she showed off her skinny figure in London just recently. What kind of strict weight loss diet plan did she do to achieve such a rapid weight loss?
First of all, British celebrity Nicola Mclean confesses that she turned to weight loss diet supplements to lose weight after giving birth. You may have seen some recent media interest in a slimming diet supplement called Capsilex, a weight loss diet supplement that contains extracts of hot chilli peppers that speed up the metabolism.

Although shedding the extra pounds is what she wanted, McLean now confesses that she may have overdone her weight loss program that’s focused on a strict weight loss diet plan. When the photos of her new slim figure appeared in magazines, her close friends and members of her family were stunned. They even told the size six celebrity she’s too skinny and that she really needs to put on some weight.
“When the photos came out my manager Claire called me, saying, “That’s enough, you’re looking too thin’,” she revealed. “My sister also rang, and said, “You look horrendous.”
McLean then realized she’s gotten way to skinny, a lot more weight loss than she was aiming for.
“I’ve never been scrutinized for my weight before and it was a bit of a Victoria Beckham moment. I was like, “S**t! I look like a lollipop head!”
So now she’s doing her best to gain back some weight. The star currently weights 107 pounds and she says she’s planning to put on at least 5 pounds, to start with.
“I know I’ve had a lot of weight loss. My boobs look horrendous and you can see my ribs – I need to put on weight,” she admitted, talking about her rapid weight loss. “I look like a little girl, not like a womanly mum-of-two.”
Her new weight goal is actually 119 pounds, which is what she weighted before her pregnancy. Nicole also needs to learn to find herself a healthy weight loss program which is one with a healthy weight loss diet plan and a good fitness exercise program.
