Nick Carter’s Diet and Fitness Plan
His diet and workout plan has him in great shape. Nick , lost 44 lbs in 2006, He was 224 lbs while on his reality series, “House of Carters” on E!. He told US Weekly “I’d become depressed. Something deep down inside of me said, I’m tired of being this person, and I’m a good looking guy!” He has since reached his goal weight of 175 lbs. Find out how he did it below.
Nick Carter’s Diet
Nick would eat every 3 hours to get his metabolism revved up and limited his calories to 1,400 per day. He ate a lot of salads and powerbars. He limited his alcohol intake because of the empty calories, but still allows himself a cheat day for ice cream.
Nick Carter’s Exercise
He was at the gym 6 days a week lifting weights and workout on an elliptical for cardio. Is now know to work with Personal trainer, Mike Hazard. His regimen currently is weight lifting, boxing, and cardio workouts 5 times a week.
