Lisa Rinna’s Diet
Lisa Rinna doesn’t follow any diet by heart, and does not deprive herself. She usually eats a Zone meal for dinner every night. Lisa also tries not to mix carbohydrates and proteins. Lisa loves to snack on Balance Bars or an apple with some soy butter for a healthy snack. Chips are her favorite not so healthy snack. Lisa uses portion control, food combining, and a balanced diet to stay slim.
Lisa Rinna’s Exercise
Lisa has been practicing Yoga for over eight years. Her favorite poses are Downward Dog and Upward Facing Dog. Both really stretch out the whole body. She exercises at least four days a week. Lisa tries to mix up her workouts by incorporating dance, doing yoga, spinning, tennis, running, using the cardio bar, cardio strip tease ballet, and weight training.
