Leonardo has worked with person trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche. For the Movie “The Departed” his routine was stripped down and basic like a cop working out in there living room.
The Departed Workout
- Day 1 – bench presses, straight bar curls and military presses. Not counting set and reps.
- Day 2 – tone and condition with rear dips off the end of your bed or coffee table dozens of them to blast your triceps and upper back. Then do sit-ups and pull-ups until you can’t do anymore.
- Repeat for two days, and then rest.
