Loss Weight With Lauren Conrad
Her fitness and diet routine has gotten this California cutie into amazing shape. Lauren aka “L.C.”, is one of the stars of an Mtv’s hit reality show “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” which also stars “Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, and Heidi Montag. Lauren Conrad’s Diet
Lauren eats 6 small mini meals a day with daily limit of 1,500 calories. I’ve cut most carbs from my diet, she has said. Her diet plan is filled with protein and veggies but she does indulge in carbs on a cheat day.
Lauren Conrad’s Example Menu
- Breakfast – Coffee with skim milk. 1 whole-grain waffle with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter give her calcium and protein. Other days she might have oatmeal or Kashi cereal, both with skim milk of course.
- Lunch – Cobb salad w/ turkey bacon, egg whites, veggies, avocado and balsamic dressing. Other days maybe grilled chicken salad or chunk light tuna with feta cheese on a bed of lettuce.
- Snacks – Half a cup of low-fat cottage cheese and 10 raw almonds keeps energy up or a low-fat yogurt with seven walnuts.
- Dinner – Serving of a lean fish (4 to 6 ounces) or chicken breast. Served with a salad or roasted vegetables.
Lauren Conrad’s Exercise
Lauren was really active with sports back in her younger years, but now she works does 1 hour sessions with Personal trainer Jarett Del Bene. She will do light weight training and cardio on a treadmill twice a week. She will do a 45 minute hiking sessions in LA Runyon Canyon when she is not going to the gym. Check out Jarett’s program Here.
