Kristen Bell sticks to a disciplined meal and workout routine. Her three meals a day consist of foods that help weight loss. Want diet sample diet ideas? Lately, Kristen Bell has been doing a lot of bikini appearances in her movies, and so far she has had the chance of showing off an amazing body. Because she knew about the bikini-bearing roles she decided to get in shape with a quick and safe weight loss program before filming. From the looks of it, one would think that Kristen Bell was doing a lot of stomach crunches, but what she actually did was practice plenty of boxing. “I have never had abs like this from sit-ups,” she said “It’s boxing that works. I love it! It’s a whole body workout and it lets out aggression that I didn’t know I had.” She continues, “You’re doing the motions over and over and you don’t realize how much you activate your core and you’re in for a super fast weight loss.”
And she’s right, the more you do the better your speed, co-ordination, cardio fitness and strength. When asked about her healthy habits she said she tries to be as active as possible but likes for it to be a social activity where she still feels like she gets in a workout regimen. Kristen Bell said: “It’s so hard to schedule workouts for anybody so I try to do activities with my friends. So instead of watching movies on Saturday we’ll go play ultimate frisbee or hiking with the dogs, or bike riding. You don’t need new exercise equipment to keep it interesting.”
Kristen Bell was also asked how she stays fit and again she replied that it’s all about being active and going on hikes. But she did mention that she doesn’t like the monotony of weight training and prefers whole body workouts such as doing a pilates video or a Thai-Bo video; just keep active, you’ll find it’s the best way to lose weight. Lastly, the actress was asked if she has any guilty pleasures and she had quite a humorous response; she loves boxed cake, especially yellow butter cake. “Sometimes, I don’t even cook it, I’ll just straight up eat the batter.”
