Kerry Katona Rapid Weight Loss
Kerry Katona’s not been known for her pin-up status in the last few years. In the last couple of years Kerry’s faced accusations of drug abuse, been dropped from a lucrative advertising campaign, and been declared bankrupt.
But now she’s fighting back and one of her ways of doing so is by getting on the fitness exercise regimen to lose weight and get her slim body back.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Kerry said: “Last year, I was so depressed and I became a couch potato, forgetting about doing any weight loss diet plan or fitness exercise program.”
Kerry Katona Weight Loss Routine
The former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona has had an incredible weight loss and it’s all thanks to the weight loss help she got from fat camp.
At fat camp, Kerry had to undergo a crazy 11 hour fitness training exercise program days and to follow a strict weight loss diet plan. Kerry tells Closer magazine that she had achieved an amazing weight loss of 14 pounds during the two-week camp session and she’s back down to a size 10. She said she was dreading going to camp at first and she cried when she left her home. She even tried to get the driver to stop for a Big Mac before entering the camp. She said,
“On the first day of the camp, I was nicknamed ‘The Warrington Whinger’ because I was sweating like mad and crying, ‘I can’t, I can’t!’ when the fitness trainers shouted at me.”
She went on to explain that her journey to a healthy weight loss was not only a physical struggle but also emotional but at the end of each day she would be proud of her accomplishments. But now, after hard days of circuit fitness training exercises, cardio exercises by running and toning she says she has her curves back, a rock hard stomach and she’s ready to show off that body.
The former Atomic Kitten star has spoken out about her slimmer figure that was a result of her healthy weight loss program of a healthy weight loss diet plan and disciplined fitness exercise program and her new plan for her life.
She told the Sun that aside from getting weight loss help from fat camp to achieve her trim figure, she credits her weight loss to: “Aside from a good fitness exercise program, I credit my weight loss to my divorce. I’m on a divorce weight loss diet plan! It’s a whole new me. I got a bit lost in the last few years but my life’s back on track now.”
She added: “I love my kebabs and curries but I try to stick to salads now as part of my healthy weight loss diet plan.”
But even though Kerry has achieved such an incredible weight loss, about more than 42 pounds in the last year or so, she’s far from being happy with her figure. Her weight loss goal is to reach the weight she had when she was 19 so she’s working hard to lose weight even more and weigh 102 pounds again.
Katona is planning to achieve a weight loss of 7 up to 8 pounds by Christmas so she can get back her teenage weight. To lose weight, she’s working harder on her fitness exercise program which involves either doing her fitness exercise program at the gym or doing her cardio exercise by running six days a week.
“Kerry’s literally worked her butt off,” said a source about Kerry’s determination to reach her weight loss goal. “She’s in the best shape of her life but wants to go that little bit further.”
In addition to that, part of her fitness exercise program is also rehearsing five days a week for the Dancing On Ice show, where she’ll be debuting in January next year.
The source added that Katona is also thinking of adding some weight loss diet supplements to her weight loss program to reach her weight loss goal faster. In addition to that, the star is also wearing a special pair of trainers to prevent cellulite.
“She looks amazing. Kerry doesn’t need to achieve any more weight loss but she says she wants to weigh the same as she did at the age of 19, back in her Atomic Kitten days.”
The source confessed that Katona has always had an addiction. In the past it was to drugs, but not she’s replaced it with a healthier addiction, a fitness exercise program.
