Keri Russell’s Pre-Baby Diet Philosophy

Naturally! It seems as though Keri has lost her weight eating healthy and breast-feeding. Keri has been health-conscious for years now, and she didn’t gain excess weight during her pregnancy. This is how the body is supposed to work. Once you start nursing you will burn anywhere from 300-500 calories a day! Just nursing! A lot of women think that because of this, you need to eat more to account for those calories burned. But, our research tells us that isn’t true. To put it into perspective if you weighed 125 pounds, you would need to run 6 miles to burn that many calories, and at a pretty fast pace! Any gym buff knows that burning 500 calories isn’t an easy task. Keri has also been doing a lot of walking with her new baby. This is a safe way to shed pregnancy weight.
