Kendra Wilkinson, now Mrs. Hank Baskett is an American television personality and glamour model. She is well known for her role on the E! reality television show The Girls Next Door, on which her life as one of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends was documented. Although not a Playboy Playmate, she has appeared in three nude pictorials with her Girls Next Door costars and fellow Hefner girlfriends Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt. Her own reality series, Kendra, debuted in June 2009.
And just eight weeks after giving birth via c-section to a 9-pound, 5-ounce Hank Baskett Jr., Kendra Wilkinson is on the cover of OK! in a bikini. She looks great, unbelievably so. “I’ve had a post baby weight loss of around 25 pounds, but it has nothing to do with the scale,” she says. And: “Getting into a bikini in only eight weeks was definitely nerve-racking.”

Carb-loving Kendra still eats pasta and rice. “It’s just all about portion sizes in your weight loss diet plan.” A sensible amount is 1 cup, about the size of a tennis ball.

“From carrying a baby for nine months, my back is really messed up. So I’ve been trying to do fitness training that involves strengthening my core before I start on crunch exercises.”
And to further take her fitness exercise program to a higher level, the former Girls Next Door star, Kendra Wilkinson has decided to shoot a fitness DVD called Be A Knockout with Kendra . Together with celebrity fitness trainer Nicky Hollander, Kendra prepared a fitness exercise program that is designed to sculpt your body and shed any extra pounds. Hollander has been a big weight loss help for Kendra who was understandably concerned about her weight after going through C-section to give birth to her baby. Hollander’s wife had three C-sections, so he is able to understand what is happening with her body, as Kendra confessed.
“It was a culture shock to see my post-baby body. I don’t want to go back to size-2 jeans. I want to stick to my curves. I’m focusing on sculpting my body. I’m a huge athlete.”
The fitness exercise DVD was released this summer and Kendra said working on the Be A Knockout with Kendra fitness exercise DVD has been a great experience for her, giving her motivation to lose weight and get her body back in shape.
