For “Dancing with the Stars” Kelly went to the gym everyday for two hours and would do an hour of cardio, a half hour of lightweights and a half hour of sit-ups. While on the show she lost 8 pound with all the dancing. Kelly enjoys rollerblading, lifting light weights, hiking, and dancing.
