Kelly watches her fat intake, and eats lots of fruits and vegetables. She tries to get a lot of live enzymes avoiding all processed foods and sodas, and alcohol. She enjoys things in moderation.

For exercise Kelly does 3-4 days of hard workouts, from Kickboxing, and Karate to yoga. Her fitness goals center around building strength not bulking up. Isometrics rather than free weights.
