Jordin Sparks Talks About Her Healthy Weight Loss
Jordin Sparks Fitness Exercise Program
We were introduced to Sparks as an American Idol winner in 2007 – where she was the youngest winner at 17 years old. Known as the curvaceous contestant – Sparks embraced her body in lieu of backlash from MeMe Roth, self-appointed head of her own political action group – the National Action Against Obesity. Roth declared Sparks as over-weight and predicted a sea of health challenges in her future. Sparks took the high road – stating that Roth and others should “just get over it” in May 2007 issue of Us Magazine.
Jordin Sparks’ Battlefield Tour 2010 is a major success – from coast-to-coast! The 2009 Grammy Nominee, has served as the opening act for such mega stars as – Alicia Keys, Jesse McCartney, the Jonas Brothers & Britney Spears…yet this new tour gave her a chance to proudly strut her stuff, flirt with the audience and declare her independence. Adding to the success of the tour is Sparks’ slender svelte new body.
So the big question – how did Sparks lose weight? Did she have a weight loss diet plan? Did she do a rigorous fitness exercise program? Or did she take any weight loss diet supplements to aid her weight loss? According to Tampa Bay – Personal Best article which launched her “Body By Milk” campaign –

Sparks does not credit any weight loss diet supplements to aid a rapid weight loss. “I know that I am in charge of what I include in my diet plan and drink and my choices in my diet plan affect how I look and feel,” she says in a press release. “I skip the sugary beverages as part of my healthy weight loss diet plan and reach for milk instead. Milk is full of important nutrients and is something I feel good about putting into my body. ”
She told Ok! Magazine, “I’m literally drenched every night when I get off the set because the stage for this world tour I’m on is so massive. I’m constantly moving so that really helps my weight loss, and I do have my fitness trainer out on tour with me this time around so I can still do my fitness exercise program and continue my healthy weight loss journey. Any time I find time – or I’m not sleeping – he’s like ‘let’s get on with your fitness exercise program.’ I’m like ‘nooo,’ but he gets my butt up and I’ve gotta do my fitness exercise program. It’s fun to do that.”

Her fitness trainer has mixed up her fitness exercise program so that her muscles are always guessing as to what’s going to happen next. She explained,
“We do a whole bunch of different things,” the Arizona native says about the fitness exercise program that’s helping her lose weight. “He doesn’t keep the same thing every time, so he shocks the body. So I do cardio exercise by running, I’m doing throw-downs, I’m doing stairs, I’m doing lunge exercises. I’ve done all of those fitness training exercise activities and I will tell you that my butt hurt very badly.” Jordin also mentioned that she hasn’t changed her diet plan and she doesn’t deprive herself of any good tasting foods. Her real weight loss diet plan secret is portion control.
“I didn’t do any kind of fitness exercise program to stay in shape on tour before,” Jordin confesses. “I just kind of loved the fact that I was on tour. But I was exhausted all the time, and I realize now, if I had a fitness exercise program and made smarter choices in my weight loss diet plan, I would have had a lot more energy onstage.” The most important change she made as part of her healthy weight loss program is having a fitness trainer on hand to keep her on a fitness exercise program schedule, not necessarily to lose weight but to be healthy:
“I actually, for the first time in my life, asked to have a fitness trainer. It’s cool to be able to look in the mirror and see the tone and muscle now–even though it’s not what I was going for, just being healthy is an amazing thing.”
Jordin also mentioned that getting up in the morning and getting her fitness training exercise program done will help her energy levels:
“Getting up and getting out of bed, that’s the hardest part,” the star admits. “I cherish the time when I actually get to sleep! So I just tell myself I know I’ll feel so much better, and I know that if I start my day with a fitness training exercise program, I’m more like to get other things done, too, instead of putting them off.”
As for music, Jordin said that anything by Kanye West keeps her moving and motivated during her fitness exercise program.
