Every girl knows the heart throbbing singer John Mayer, and most have probably noticed that in 2008 he has gotten into pretty good shape. So much so that he caught the eye of Jennifer Aniston. In 2008 John was named “Fun and Fearless” man of the year by Cosmo Magazine. Although you can burn a lot of calories performing on stage John has really gotten into working out. John Mayer’s Diet
John has been following the “Five Factor Diet” since he was hooked up with Jessica Simpson. The 5 Factor is a diet that lets you skip all the counting and measuring associated with most diets. You eat five healthy meals a day, well more like three square meals and two snacks, but your blood sugar levels and your hunger will most likely be in check.

John Mayer’s Workout
Johny has been working with his Personal Trainer James Sherman for the past five months and has transformed his body. He works out five days a week with his trainer. john does most of his workouts at NYC’s Rich Barretta Private Training Studio. His fitness regiment includes punching, kicking, a lot of exercises that target core muscles. John has also become very devoted to “Krav Maga,” an intense form of self-defense. “Krav Maga” is an eclectic self-defense and military hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel, which emphasizes maximum threat neutralization in a “real life” context. It came to prominence following its adoption by various Israeli Security Forces.
