Jessica Alba’s Quotes
“I have to look good but I hate to exercise. I get so bored so I just do anything that keeps me from wanting to kill myself when I am in the gym, like listening to my music on level 100.”
“When I work out, I have energy and feel good about myself.”
“I think people imagine I’m on a diet all the time, but I indulge. Just the other day I had grilled cheese, soup and salad for lunch and I eat dessert pretty much every day.”
“I don’t eat a lot of big meals, though, so maybe that balances it out a bit. But I do need to get my sweet tooth under control.”
“I have a sensitive system. If I eat really badly, I get nauseous, so I have to eat healthily. I drink so much coffee, though – I’m addicted to caffeine and I get headaches when I stop drinking it. That means I don’t have a lot of room for heavy food.” (Source: newsoftheworld.co.uk)
