Miss Hudson has been putting on the hours on her fitness exercise program to get herself a sexy post baby body. She says she does cardio exercises by walking anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour every night. She also does jogging exercises, running every morning for an hour with her personal fitness trainer. Her fitness exercise program also consists of doing resistance fitness training exercises. Resistance fitness training is using your own body weight to build and tone muscles. Hudson completes one hour of resistance fitness training by doing four sets of 25 reps of the following exercises: push ups, leg squats, and sit ups. Aside from these, Jennifer also plays basketball as her other form of cardio exercise. Jennifer says she is choosing to go on a healthy weight loss by living a healthier lifestyle so she can be a good example for her 7 month old son, David Jr. “I want to be a good role model to my son.
