Jada Pinnkett Smith follows a low carbohydrate, no junk food diet. When Jada was pregnant with her first child she found herself reaching for Frosted Flakes and Pringles. She ended up putting on 50 pounds. She was careful not to overindulge with her second pregnancy. To lose her pregnancy weight Jada stuck to high-protein foods such as grilled chicken or fish and apples with peanut butter.

She exercises by doing resistance training, and cardio. After Jada’s second child, daughter Willow was born Jada worked out two times a day doing cardio and weight training.
