Isla infamously shed 55 pounds of baby weight in about three weeks last year. But we wondered what she eats now to stay so thin? Apparently Isla really doesn’t diet. In a recent interview promoting Confessions of a Shopaholic at Fred’s, at Barneys in midtown, Isla polished off a lobster salad accompanied by bread, and then went on.”I’m still hungry. I’ll look at the dessert menu. I eat dessert. I’m terrible.” Then Isla said suggesting her appetite is from all the breast feeding she’s doing. “I’m still breast-feeding. I’m only going to stop when she goes to university,” she said, before digging into tiramisu.
“I know it sounds like a cliche, but I’ve been blessed with good genes.” “My mum is little, and I’m fortunate that I don’t like eating junk food. I just don’t like the taste of it.”

“Do I work out? Gosh no. I’m not a big fan of that.” she says. “So how do you look like this? Um. I don’t like to say it but I am fortunate in that I just have good genes.
