She was drinking egg whites, and slept nine hours every night so her body could recover. Hilary would wake up and drink protein shakes in the middle of the night because she was suppose to eat frequently. Nowadays Hilary uses portion control, and a low carb balanced die to stay slim. She tries to eat the right things, but enjoys the foods she loves when she wants them, and then just spends extra time in the gym.
