Interview Highlights
How do you stay in shape?
I’ve been working out with a trainer three times a week. I’m just starting to be conscious of what I eat, maybe because I’m aware of what my child eats. I’ve noticed that the more bread and pasta I eat, the more – it’s not that I gain weight, but I’m just mushier, not lean. So now I’m eating healthier. At my dad’s 70th birthday recently, I was looking at my two older sisters, and I thought, “They’re so skinny. We’re lucky we have great metabolisms.”
Do you have any food weaknesses?
I haven’t had this in a while, but I love chocolate icing out of a can. And Taco Bell sauce. I love fast food – Monster Tacos from Jack in the Box and curly fries. I like plain hamburgers from McDonald’s with french fries in the middle. (Source: InStyle Magazine)
