To have energy in the gym and throughout the day Eva Longoria starts her day with protein, like egg whites or fiber like fruit. She loves fresh fruits and vegetables, and eats lean meats and whole grains. Eva never really craves fast-food, but she gives herself a treat if she wants it, like pizza or cookies. Eva uses portion control as a tool to stay slim. She advises people to make quick and healthy snacks like her favorite, fresh lemon on cucumber slices.
Eva Longoria Exercise
Eva is a former aerobics instructor herself and works out with personal trainer Patrick Murphy for 1 hour 3 times a week. She does strength training, kickboxing cardio, weight training. After a 10 mins warm-up on either a bike or treadmill then she does 25 and 30 body exercises like lunges with torso twists, squats, one-legged squats with clean and press, and leg presses for her butt. All done with 30-45 sec rests in between sets. Eva also does yoga, and kickboxing. When she finds time to fit in some yoga sessions too.
