“A diet without chocolate was never going to work “It takes a while to lose the baby weight, but I didn’t feel I had to starve myself. There are some things you can’t deny yourself. As much chocolate as possible, please! And obviously, going straight on tour hurried things along a bit!”
Emma Bunton’s Workout
Emma hit the gym to get back in shape after having her son“[But] dancing’s definitely my hot tip for post-baby weight loss [too].”“I always say dancing is the very best way to lose weight.” “I didn’t feel any great pressure. I breastfed for four months, which helped. I did everything in moderation. I went to the gym three times a week, not seven – being stuck on a running machine for hours on end is so dull.”

Emma Bunton’s Quotes
“I like being curvy. I don’t think I’d look good thin.”
Emma’s thoughts on touring with the Spice Girls so soon after having her son. “At the time, I thought going on tour so soon after Beau would be a great idea. “I should have thought about it more! I had the best time, but it was hard. You have to get back in shape and your fitness has to be up to a two-hour stage show every night. I don’t know if I’ll put myself through that again. “It’s tough for any woman returning to work straight after having a baby. I didn’t want to be in the gym 24 hours a day, instead of being with Beau. And I wanted to breastfeed for the first couple of months. After that it was wonderful and I had a great time.”
“I’ve always been curvy and I like being that way.” “I’m still dropping weight, but curvy is how I’ll stay.
