Debra Messing looks great these days, fit, fabulous and shockingly energetic for a mom of a six year old. And she says it’s her son who is the key to her amazing weight loss and fitness exercise program. “Roman loves handball, basketball, soccer and softball. And as his mom and care taker, I have to do these fitness activities as well!” Debra Messing told People Moms and Babies. “Chasing after my son has become my fitness exercise program – my form of cardio exercise. It’s also the secret to my weight loss.”
But chasing after her son isn’t the only reason she’s had an amazing weight loss. She also got a weight loss help from her friend and fellow mom, Mariska Hargitay. The weight loss tips she gave Debra Messing involves a weight loss diet plan of water, garlic and a blender.
“Mariska sent me this book called Clean, and said ‘You’ve got to do this as a weight loss diet plan. I feel great!’ And I just followed the weight loss diet plan two months ago and I feel really strong. I’ve got so much energy,” Debra Messing told Moms & Babies, raving about her newly discovered weight loss diet plan.
“This weight loss diet plan is all about a deep detox with lots of organic smoothies, vegetables, fruits, and just a regular normal healthy meal at lunch time.” She added that the weight loss program, which has also been used by mom Gwyneth Paltrow, also includes, “lots of lemon water and garlic…everything that you know is good for you.”
