Dania Ramirez’s Diet and Fitness Routine
You might recognize Dania from Heroes, or X-Men. She has a great figure, and exercises to keep fit. Dania is five foot four and a half inches, so there is not a lot of room to hide extra weight. Dania Ramirez’s Diet
Dania follows the South Beach Diet. This diet consists of eating healthy fats, and healthy carbohydrates. It is probably one of the easier to follow celebrity diet plans out there. Although there is kind of a strict two start period, think a looser Atkins induction. The good news is you don’t have to do that part, just stick to the foods they recommend.
Dania Ramirez’s Workout
Dania workouts out with celebrity trainer, Ramona Braganza who also trains Jessica Alba, and Halle Berry. Dania does cardio and strength training for an hour and a half three times a week. Her workouts focus on the lower body such as: abs, glutes and legs. Some of the exercises Dania does for her lower body include sliding on gliding discs, like a speed skater, to work her inner thighs.
