Ciara was recently photographed in a revealing brown dress that showed off her perfectly toned body. Ciara is a popular singer who has produced several albums including Goodies, Ciara: The Evolution, Fantasy Ride and most recently Basic Instinct. She was born in Austin, Texas in 1985. She spent a lot of her childhood on military bases in Europe and around America as her father was in the US Army.
Ciara’s Diet Plan for Weight Loss
To manage her weight, Ciara’s weight loss diet plan consists of eating 5-8 small meals each day. This healthy weight loss diet plan helps her to prevent hunger while still providing the body with plenty of nutrients and vitamins. By eating so many times, her metabolism is constantly raised which means that she is losing more calories. That is a very important part to any one that who wants to lose weight in a healthy way!
Her weight loss diet plan is focussed on eating low GI (Glycemic Index) vegetables and fruits, healthy green salads and wholegrain rice. Protein plays a large part in her diet plan as they ensures that she maintains healthy muscle mass while she exercises and practices hard.
Ciara’s Favorite Meal?
Ciara went on a not so healthy weight loss diet plan in her desire to lose weight. Ciara admitted to trying the Cayenne Pepper diet plan, which involves drinking a Maple Syrup style drink with extra pepper to help lose weight through severe calorie restriction. This is similar to the crash weight loss diet that Beyonce did before filming Dreamgirls. She told OK! Magazine:
I could not get past the idea of drinking what that stuff looked like. I attempted to, but I was like, ‘I just cannot do it’ because I love food too much. It would be so hard to take away physically eating food. Drinking a liquid would not work for me.
With a life on the go, one can’t adhere to a healthy weight loss diet plan, right? Wrong! The 25 year-old entertainer tries to “eat clean.” Fueling up with lean proteins, fruits and veggies. But, she does admit to cheating on her diet plan from time to time, moderately of course:
My weight loss diet plan is really trying to eat clean, the majority of the time. You have to throw in a cheeseburger and French fries or a brownie and ice cream sometimes. I would never advise somebody to be so strict on their diet plan to where you don’t enjoy yourself.
Ciara’s Fitness Exercise Program
While her albums (and lacefronts) aren’t always a hit, those legs are! That’s right, I’m talking about Atlanta’s own, Ci-araaa (in my Jazze Pha voice). Known for her highly engaged choreography and ripped abs – many wonder just how she keeps it tight … and right. She recently chatted it up with US Weekly to divulge the secrets on her fitness exercise program:
The Go Girl singer engages in a fitness exercise program t for an hour, five times a week with personal fitness trainer, Gunnar Peterson. This fitness trainer’s other notable clients include Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and a host of West coast professional athletes. While she does maintain a small frame, she shares that her fitness goal is not to be small or to lose weight:
I can lose weight easily and I don’t like to do that. I’m not trying to lose weight and get small. I just want to keep shape and I just want to focus on abs and glutes.
Seeing that Beyonce said that she would not recommend such a weight loss program to anyone, it is no surprise that Ciara avoided such a fad way to lose weight. The main problem with fasting diets is that they result in muscle wastage, and muscle gives shape and boosts metabolism.
Ciara’s Fitness Workout
Ciara is proof that her figure is down to hard work. She does her fitness exercises for 1 hour every day, working on bodyweight exercises such as squats and lunges which tone the thighs and butt and burn a lot of calories at the same time.
Of course she undergoes a fitness training exercise program. When asked about her global sexy stature she revealed:
I feel the sexiest when I’m by myself, walking around nude. I have this new obsession with nudity, it’s really weird. It may sound weird, but I just really love embracing the body.
Light Weight Fitness Training Exercises
Ciara likes to work her whole body with a light weight fitness training exercise program. In addition to squats and lunges she also does chest and shoulder presses, lateral pull downs, curls, rows and leg work exercises.
