Christina Aguilera starts her strength fitness training sessions with a 10-minute warm up exercise on the treadmill exercise equipment. This fitness exercise is a great way to get the blood pumping before lifting weights.
Fitness trainer Tee Sorge says bicep curls are a great way to exercise Christina Aguilera’s upper body: “Christina Aguilera does three sets of each fitness exercise and uses weights ranging from five to 15 pounds.”

Christina Aguilera’s Weight Loss Diet Plan
In terms of the Burlesque star’s diet plan, Christina Aguilera has always eaten well, but she’s stepping her diet plan up a notch by cutting out white from her meal diet plan. She shuns white rice, flours, or sugars from her diet plan. Fitness trainer Tee shares that Christina is sticking to whole grains and lean proteins in her diet plan, but gets one cheat day a week.
A lot of people will agree that Christina Aguilera’s diet plan is slightly an unusual approach to eating to help maintain her slim figure and it seems to work. Her diet plan was simple in theory, although a little harder at times to build a recipe (she had her own chef). Christina would ensure that at every meal diet plan she ate four different types of food:
• Hot – steamed vegetables
• Cold – raw salads
• Crunchy – carrots, celery, nuts
• Smooth – eggs, smoothies
At first glance this looks like a rather silly diet plan, but there is some logic in it, which ensures that you eat a well balanced meal. With hot and cold, this generally means two different portions, so a healthy starter and then the main. The crunchy means that salads are essential, and the smooth encourages cooked vegetables, soups and yogurts.
