Lauren Conrad’s Diet
“I used to love fast food,” Lauren, 21, admits. “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”
Lauren Conrad’s Workout
Lauren does weight training, running and kickboxing twice a week. “The first place I lost weight was my little belly. Now I’m happy about my arms because they were a little mushy!” She adds “When I work out regularly and eat healthy, I feel better.”
