She is kind of mum about exactly what she does to stay in shape, as far as her diet goes. Vanessa enjoys going to one hour pilates classes, and also does a lot of cardio. She is seen going to and from the gyms at least a couple times a week. But she does say this about chocolate. “I just love chocolate and I can’t give it up.” “I find myself eating it all the time, even when I don’t want to be. It just appears in my mouth!”
