Country music’s superstar Carrie Underwood is on another cover this month, this time it is Glamour Magazine for the January 2008 issue. The former “American Idol” winner sat down and spilled the beans on all kinds fun topics with her southern charm, lucky for us some questions had to do with her celebrity diet and workout. Here are the highlights!

GLAMOUR: Do you feel pressure to be thin?
CU: I’m OK talking about it, because I feel like I do things the right way, the healthy way. I work out. I like cardio. That big exercise ball, we’re friends. I’m slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be. I write down everything that I eat…. I started doing it last year. And in the last year is when I’ve gotten more healthy and lost weight.
GLAMOUR: So that Luna bar you just had, will that go on the list?
CU: Yes. I haven’t thrown the wrapper away because I’m going to take it back to my room and write it down.
