“My body functions best when I eat consistently. I pretty much eat the same thing every day for week at a time.” I certainly don’t want a tire around my waist or saddlebags, but I wouldn’t mind being a little thicker all the way around. Put a little muscle on. But it’s not about how I look, its about how I feel.”
“Before Charlie’s Angels, I never exercised. Not a day! I always associated it with pain and discomfort something you do if you have to. Then, for the movie, we worked out eight hours a day, five days a week for three months, and I learned what it felt like to be strong. Now that I know how that feels, I never want to be too far away from it. I love being physical. I love sweating. I love getting my heart rate up. I love challenging myself. Physically, I can do pretty much anything I put my mind to, and I like that feeling.”
