Brooke Shields’ healthy weight loss diet plan is mainly focused on decreasing her carbohydrate intake. She gave up her cravings for ice cream and red meat specifically when she wants to lose weight. Also part of her healthy weight loss diet plan is to always make sure that she keeps herself well-hydrated to keep both her skin and hair healthy.
“I don’t deny myself anything in my diet plan, it’s when I deny myself that I want to eat more.” She shares. “Life is too short, so I eat what I want, then I do my fitness exercise program. Doing fitness training exercises makes me feel better, stronger.”
Brooke Shields’ healthy weight loss diet plan is mainly composed of eggs, fruit, fruit smoothies, and whole-wheat toast for breakfast. For her lunch weight loss diet plan, she has a bowl of organic mac and cheese, which she eats together with her children. For her midday snacks, she still tries to maintain a healthy weight loss diet plan by eating Greek yogurt with honey, and for dinner, she eats Indian foods. She tries to avoid including bread, pasta, and dessert in her diet plan.

Brooke Shields’ fitness training exercise program regimen is done for one hour per day even if she’s taping for a film.
“I try to do an hour of any kind of fitness training exercise program every day. It’s almost impossible when I’m working, because I’m on the set for 14-16 hours; But last summer, for instance, I’d take a Spinning fitness exercise class or do a morning hike when Rowan (her daughter) was at camp and the baby was asleep; that way I didn’t feel guilty about not being with them. Or in the afternoon I’d put both of them in the stroller and walk the L.A. hills,” says Brooke describing the kind of fitness exercise program she kept.
Brooke Shields’ fitness training exercise program likewise doesn’t include lifting exercise equipment such as weights because it bulks her up, but instead, she focuses on toning her muscles through doing yoga exercise, spinning fitness exercise, and Tae Bo exercise by Billy Blanks. Brooke Shields shares, “The fitness training exercise program that works for me the most is spinning. I’m an emotional worker-outer-if there’s something I have to get ready for, I’m much more inspired to do engage in a fitness exercise program. If I’m working too much or not enough, I tend to slack off, but I try to do something active three times a week, like spinning exercise, yoga exercise, or cardio exercise such as a hike.”
“Having two kids also helps me lose weight and keep it off. You eat less for some reason because you end up picking at what they had to eat and don’t eat real food. As a fitness training exercise program, I’ve always danced and I spin and I love doing yoga exercise. I don’t do my fitness exercise program every day, but in New York, it’s easier because we walk everywhere. So we’re walking all the time. I make my kids do that too.”
