Brandy’s Diet
Brandy was following a vegan diet, but gave it up in favor of the Zone Diet. Which is very much a Low Calorie Diet, every meal and snack should be 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 30 per cent from protein and 30 per cent from fat.
