He is best known for the film Good Will Hunting, and has since become a Hollywood leading man, having starred in several big budget films. Ben Affleck’s Diet
For the movie “Pearl Harbor” Ben consumed 4 protein shakes, six egg whites, a small serving of oatmeal and a piece of fruit for breakfast. For lunch chicken breast, rice and vegetables or salad. Dinner was Fish with salad and or vegetables. He is thought to eat low carb and a Balanced diet when not training for movie roles. For his recent weight loss Ben limited his calorie intake to about 1800.

For Pearl Harbor He worked with personal trainer Jorgen De May Author of “The action hero Body” 3 hours 6 days a week in the gym. Speed-walking on a steep treadmill and a routine of free weights and machines. These days his workout consists of weightlifting and cardio on a treadmill usually. Ben has worked with Personal trainer Gunnar Peterson the creator of Core Secrets. As of 2008 Ben gained a lot of attention for having leaned up big time, likely due to hitting a lower carb & no refined food diet (no bread baby) with lots of veggies and fruits.
