Avril Lavigne was born in Napanee, Ontario, Canada. At 5 ft 2 inches she always looks so healthy, She recently told People Magazine “I’m 22, so I’m all grown-up. It feels natural for me to be like this now. I’m very comfortable with how I look. I always have been. I think I look pretty good. There’s nothing I want to change. I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got.” How does she do it?

Avril is a vegetarian and eats small mini meals all day to keep her low blood sugar in check. She’s often sticks to a macrobiotic diet. The macrobiotic diet is a low-fat, high fiber diet, emphasizing whole grains and vegetables. Avril loves Pizza with olive toppings is her favorite food, although she doesn’t eat it too much because pizza is detrimental to her voice. She enjoys cooking, and will make soup and vegetarian dishes. Avril appeared in the film Fast Food Nation, says eating vegetarian “makes me feel completely healthy. When I tour, I stuff fridges full of organic food and stick to that.”
