She is said to be one of the most beautiful on-screen actresses. She was ranked world’s most beautiful woman in the “100 Most Beautiful” issue of People 2006. Her diet has always being speculated on, what does she do?

Angelina uses Portion Control as a weight management tool, but for “Laura Croft” she ate six small meals a day, each containing 1 portion of protein and and 1 portion of carbs. Angelina has said that she uses the 5-factor however this is not 100% verified.
Angelina Jolie’s Exercise
For the Movie “Laura Croft Tomb Raider” she worked with a personal trainer 4 times a week, starting with cardio on a treadmill, kickboxing, canoeing, push-ups, street fighting and yoga.. Current Exercise routine is not known, but she has always been an advocate or regular exercise. Taking care of kids is a lot of running around too. 🙂
