Amanda Seyfried is not a fan of diet and exercise and admits not being as dedicated as other actresses, of whom she mentions only Jessica Alba. Treadmill exercise is her favorite though, and 40 minutes of workout on it from time to time seems to do the trick. She said to behollywoodfit.com she is heavier than she’s ever been right now. “I would like to have more muscle and be cut. But I think your body will be what it’s going to be. If I had to be in a bikini all the time I’d be doing ab exercises and taking diet pills. I’m not so obsessed with trying to lose weight and so I don’t really know any diet tips to lose weight.” It is refreshing to basically hear a celebrity say, I am not obsessing about my body, deal with it!
