Alyssa Milano believes in moderation, She follows The Zone Diet, but more low carb. The zone diet is basically a Low Calorie Diet, every meal and snack should be 40 percent of calories from carbohydrate, 30 per cent from protein and 30 per cent from fat. In Zone Language it is called 40:30:30 ratio. Check out the book The Zone Diet, to get started. She also gives herself a free day on Sunday and eats whatever she wants. Alyssa’s favorite food is sushi and her own mother’s Italian cooking especially rolled spinach lasagna.
