But since the Grammy winning singer had found it hard to stick to this weight loss diet plan, she switched to the 5-Factor Diet plan of fitness trainer, Harley Pasternak.

Alicia Keys told OK! Magazine that her most dreaded exercise with Josh was, The Ab Test. Fitness trainer, Josh explained how to do this fitness exercise: “Lie down on your back, draw your knees towards your chest. Put the palms of your hands on the side of your head near your ears. Crunch up and touch your knee caps with your elbows. With your feet off the ground, elbows touching your knees and shoulder blades off the ground, roll into a ball. The key is to keep your elbows on your knee caps. Once in position, the fitness trainer holds and pulls on the knees.”
Her new fitness trainer, Harley Pasternak also gives some fitness training exercise and weight loss tips on how to burn more calories: Exercise with only one arm or one leg at a time when strength training with exercise equipments such as dumbbells.
