Ali Fedotowsky On A Low Calorie Diet Plan
Ali Fedotowsky was a contestant on The Bachelor’s 14th season, starring pilot Jake Pavelka.
She went on to star as The Bachelorette the following season, having bailed on Jake. A native of Massachusetts, Ali works in advertising.
Ali Fedotowsky discovered that dating many men under the watchful gaze of cameras can be stressful during her turn in the reality dating show The Bachelorette. The 25-year-old has endured an emotional roller coaster, and she confessed that it had led to stress eating and weight gain.
While filming the ABC reality show, Fedotowsky gained about 15 pounds.
“I was always hungry! I didn’t think much of it, but everyone noticed. I just wanted to eat more [while I was on the show]. I also wasn’t as active as I usually am at home.”
Keeping a healthy weight loss diet plan can be difficult while traveling. Ali gained 15 pounds while jumping from city to city across Europe.
But the Bachelorette’s reality show star Ali Fedotowsky had an amazing weight loss of 10 pounds after going on a low calorie weight loss diet plan and sticking to a fitness exercise program every single day. The fit actress realized that if she wants to lose weight she had to start cooking her own food and get on with her fitness exercise program more often.
Ali’s Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan
When she finished with the show, the actress realized she needed to undergo a weight loss program to lose weight which she gained, and fast. She began following a high-protein, low-calorie weight loss diet plan. She found it easier to buy and cook her own food, making sure to measure her daily calorie intake. Fedotowsky’s weight loss diet plan menu includes egg whites and ready-made chicken breasts from the deli counter, which she uses to prepare a healthy salad or a snack.
Once a week she allows herself a cheat day from her healthy weight loss diet plan to eat whatever she wants.
“I am good with my weight loss diet plan during the week, and one day I pig out. I love pizza from Domino’s or Pizza Hut and a Diet Coke,” she admits.
Ali’s Fitness Exercise Program
No fitness and weight loss program is complete without a fitness exercise program. When it comes to having a fitness exercise program, the 25 year old reality show star goes to a gym near her house, but when she’s not in the mood to do her fitness exercise program at the gym, she prefers doing cardio exercise by running on the treadmill exercise equipment for 30 minutes. To get her heart rate up, she does kickboxing. She also does yoga exercise. These are two fitness exercise programs she enjoys practicing in order to stay on top of her fitness game.
“I love kickboxing exercise. I have a personal fitness trainer for it. We do contact kickboxing exercise; my fitness trainer holds the pads up for me. It’s such a great fitness exercise program for my core. You can think of ex-boyfriends while you’re doing this fitness exercise program, like, ‘I hate you!’ I also love yoga exercise.”
After four weeks, all this hard work from her healthy weight loss program of weight loss diet plan combined with a fitness exercise program paid off as Fedotowsky is now 10 lbs lighter and proud of her new fit body.
Aside from this, Miss Ali also recently announced that she is helping kick off Biore Skincare and the Physique 57 fitness exercise program system’s national tour. “I’m a big fan of the small, asymmetric fitness exercise movements in Physique 57,” Ali says of her new fitness exercise program endorsement. “Big lunge exercises and bicep curl exercises seem exhausting when I do them, but these smaller fitness exercise movements trick your brain into thinking you’re not doing your fitness training exercise program as hard, even though you’re actually doing your fitness training exercise program harder.”
Ali says she doesn’t just do her weight loss program of having a healthy weight loss diet plan and a fitness exercise program just stay on top of her fitness game. She’s sticking to her healthy weight loss plan to feel good. She has a lot to live for — namely a certain dimpled future husband named Roberto Martinez. “I keep a healthy weight loss diet plan and a fitness exercise program because it feels good. I want to live a long, healthy life with my wonderful fiance!”
