“I actually love eating pizza and French fries”, says the British-born Nic, when asked about the kind of weight loss diet plan she keeps. The desperate housewife star says that it’s not always easy to stick to a strict weight loss diet plan, especially when her cravings for junk food are not helped by Teri bringing all kinds of naughty treat to the set for the cast and crew. “I always told Teri to stop bringing that in.”
Nicollette says she actually doesn’t have a very specific weight loss program or diet plan that she follows. “I don’t really do diets,” she claims. So what’s her secret to weight loss? Portion control. Sheridan says that she just tries to watch what she eats. For her, disciplined diets are the best weight loss program and diet plan when you want to lose weight.
She also added that she always makes sure to include fruits and vegetables in her diet plan. “Eat lots of them. Fruits and vegetables are weight loss foods because they’re rich in fiber which also helps cleanse the body,” the star advises.
Aside from having fruits and vegetables in her diet plan, Nicollette also said that her secret to keeping fit is having a good fitness training and exercise program. The star shares that she likes being active so she does a lot of cardio fitness training exercises. Film roles like Beverly Hills Ninja made her do her fitness training exercises hard and she has maintained her fitness ever since. “I like sports and I go to the gym as much as I can.”
And when she’s at home where she doesn’t have fitness machines to help her in her fitness training exercises, Nicollette improvises by doing housework, that she likes to do naked by the way, for exercise to keep her toned.
She also says that horse riding which she’s been doing since she was three is also part of her fitness training and exercise program. Sports like volleyball and martial arts which she loves to do are also included in her fitness training and exercise program, her weight loss secret.
